Stream Schedule

I debated for a while this weekend on what my stream schedule for the week should be.

But decided last night, after having an excruciatingly difficult depression day, that maybe no streams this week would be a better plan for my mental and physical health.

Permission to Rest

As you may have noticed, pretty much every stream I’ve planned this month I’ve had to cancel due to life and work.

Or the lack of balance, I suppose, to some degree or another.

Not being able to follow-through on things I want to do (and have, in a way, promised to do) bothers me.

But in an effort to take better care of myself, I’m going to rest this week. Which, honestly, is a bit of a difficult thing for me to do.

I’ve already decided that if I do stream next week it will only be one day.

However, a lot of that will depend upon my mental health through the rest of this week.
