Streaming: Week of June 10
Stream schedule for the week! Back to some Secret World, and still playing some Final Fantasy XIV. Really been enjoying it.

Streaming: Week of June 3
A quick post to update my streaming schedule for the week! It’s a short streaming week because I have a lot going on IRL this week. And don’t worry, I’m back to actually blogging, soon. The computer issues I’ve been having, plus a lot going on have made it a bit overwhelming to do much of anything other than turn on SLOBS while I do some gaming. I’ve missed writing stuff out, so I’m looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. I have a bunch of draft posts to poke at this week, so keep an eye here or on Twitter to see when I update.

Streaming: Week of May 6
I’ve really been enjoying streaming, even if computer issues messed things up for a few days. Come hang out with me! I’m trying to reach Affiliate by the end of May. I’d love if folks would come hang out and chat. It’s lonely when folks lurk and don’t talk with me.

Streaming: Week of April 29
Another drop of my stream schedule for the week! I’ve been having a lot of fun putzing around on stream, and I’d love if folks would join me! The more, the merrier! If you miss a stream, you can catch them on my twitch page, or on my YouTube channel.

Streaming: Week of April 22nd
Just a quick drop of my streaming schedule for the week. I’m getting close to Affiliate, which is super exciting, so I hope folks come to hang out if they have the time! If you miss a stream, you can catch them on my twitch page, or on my YouTube channel. And a note for those asking, yes, I have a new Twitter and Instagram! But it is mostly to share stream and more public-facing things. If you’re already following my private accounts (which is pretty much, at this point, a list of folks I enjoy following and interacting with), you don’t need to worry about missing anything. As for…

That Streaming Thing
I started getting back into streaming this week back on Sunday with a somewhat last minute impromptu Sunday Skyrim stream, inspired by my best friend. I had a few folks stop by, which was very sweet of them (and I hope they had fun like I did!). But it was a bit annoying after the fact when I tried to upload it up to YouTube, and it flagged me. So @YouTube flagged the video of my stream for inappropriate content and being against community guidelines due to repetitive-ness. Um. What? How is a stream video repetitive and against community guidelines? pic.twitter.com/wV3KsHRHan — Gamer Girl Confessions (@ggc_blog) April 16, 2018…

Creative Blogger Award
Way back in February, the amazing Pizza Maid nominated me for the Creative Blogger Award. I had a draft post half written once I noticed it in early March (d’oh! I’m so bad at my feed reader sometimes!), but then forgot about it when work ramped up, and here we are! Pizza is someone that I happened to meet thanks to the ever-present #BelEffect, and we kind of hit it off with our shared love of Sailor Moon. She has since introduced me to the rabbit hole that is the world of Otome, and here we are, chatting daily on Twitter about whatever floats our boat. She’s a wonderful person,…

Delving into Otome
Otome in the Social Sphere I started listening to a new podcast, called Heroines of the Cherry Blossom (or CBHeroines), mainly because I enjoy the ladies on it, and not really knowing much about it. I soon learned that it covers the otome genre, which is something I’ve been interested in ever since playing through Hatoful Boyfriend. I’ve learned a lot from Pizza‘s and Sushi‘s podcast, and chatting with them on Twitter, and you should check them out! In fact, in their latest podcast, they talked a bit about Hatoful Boyfriend. We had gotten into a discussion on Twitter, and Sushi asked me why I enjoyed the game so much.…

Steam Challenge: Hatoful Boyfriend
The Steam Challenge This post is a part of #IntPiPoMo! You can find out more, and sign up at this link. For those of you who haven’t heard about this “Steam Challenge” thing, here’s the TL;DR. Yup. That pretty much sums it up. Now, I definitely don’t have as many games as some other folks do hiding away in Steam, but I do have a lot that are downloaded and half-played. But I have the tendency to download new ones without ever getting rid of the old ones. #IntPiPoMo 7/50 So I’m changing the Steam Challenge for my own personal use: Beat a downloaded game before downloading another. And “beat” could…

Gaming Goals Review: August
I started this back in June 2015, and have been keeping up with it this past month. I had reduced my goals for July because I knew that we would have limited play time as we had ten days of vacation time, as well as getting ready to move on August 1st. So, let’s see if tuning down my goals made them easier to accomplish! Goals: Relax and game! WildStar Goals Chestnut Reach the max tier of the PvP contracts for the first time ever Reach max reputation in Crimson Badlands Reach max rep in Northern Wastes Complete my AMP (55) and AP (48) points Put up Yardcore Nexus twice once for the…
